Q: Who owns the content?

A:  The content is owned by the person or organization that created the information. SmartContent does not sell information. We simply make it easier to automatically place freely available content on your website using a variety of advanced and automated tools available with your SmartContent subscription.

Q: Where do you get the content?

A:  The content comes from dozens of freely available sources as well as user-contributed articles and news releases. We do not list these sources in order to discourage copy-cat services.

Q: Do you have any articles on _________?

A: Probably. We have half a million full-page articles and news releases in over 200 categories, and we're growing at the rate of almost 2,000 articles a day. One of the reasons we created the 14-day trial was so that you could quickly and easily see for yourself. Considering the size of our database, if we don’t have it, you’ll probably have to hire someone to write it.

Q: Free articles? Why do I need SmartContent?

A:  Well, you don’t need SmartContent if:

- You are an expert in database programming
- You have extensive experience with XML, RSS and other types of data feeds.
- You thoroughly enjoy spending hundreds of hours searching, filtering and categorizing good sources of full-page content

The Competition
